I am a nutritionist and mental wellness practitioner, and I know first hand what it's like to live with anxiety. I also know how powerfully transformative it can be when you access the right knowledge and resources to help you restore clarity and calm.

My mission is to help women just like you to access this knowledge and tool set by uncovering the hidden causes of your anxiety symptoms, and learning effective ways to relieve and repair strained nerves.

I designed the "Nourished Nerves Program" to help women do just this, and I look forward to helping you.
